Heat is what breaks the bond on the things cold water only smears around: chewing gum on a storefront sidewalk, grease on a drive-through lane, the carbon film that builds up under sills and cornices. Cold water at the right pressure still does most masonry. The rig carries all three.

300psi or less, for anything that can splinter
Vinyl, cedar, glass and wood warp, split or break under high pressure. Soft washing uses a lower intensity spray and lets the cleaning solution do the work, which removes the contaminants and helps keep mold and mildew from coming back. Soft washing for siding, roofs and gutters.
Pre-treat
Environmentally friendly products first
Surfaces are pre-treated with environmentally friendly cleaning products and detergents before they are washed, so the grime lets go instead of being forced off. Less pressure on the stone, less time on the job.

Water Reclamation Abilities
On sidewalks, lots and sites where the wash water has to be collected rather than left to run, reclamation is part of the setup. Ask about it when you send the job details.
